Practice Director
Morgan is a Colorado Native that has worked alongside Dr. E since 2012. Working exclusively in the Dental Treatment of Sleep Apnea since 2016, she has found her professional purpose. She challenges herself each day to deliver the highest quality patient experience, every time, and strives to give everyone who enters Dental Sleep Apnea and Snoring a 5-star experience, including the staff she works alongside with. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and chasing her three busy children around to all of their many activities. Morgan is the 2025 World and Indoor National Masters Champion in the W35 High Jump, and participates regularly in USA Track and Field Masters track meets.Ashley
Practice Operations Administrator
Ashley is originally from Ohio and has called Colorado home for the past three years. With a background in physical therapy and health coaching, she has spent 18 years helping people feel their best. Now, she combines that experience with the behind-the-scenes work of administration and operations. Her goal is simple: Come in, feel better, and have fun- while she takes care of the rest! When not at work, Ashley can be found with her family exploring the mountains through hiking, mountain biking, camping, and off-roading.
Dawny
Practice Operations Administrator
Dawny, a California native now based in Colorado, brings broad healthcare experience in both medical and dental settings. No matter the role, she is committed to supporting patients with compassion and ensuring their experience is as positive and seamless as possible. She is currently pursuing a degree in Health Sciences, building on her passion for helping others and her dedication to lifelong learning. Outside of work, Dawny enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with her husband and children, and expressing her creativity through music and various projects.
Laura
Dental Sleep Therapy Clinician
Laura is a Michigan native who considers Colorado her true home since 1997. She joined Dr. E and Morgan’s team in 2022 and is grateful to work with such a great group of people and to be part of a practice that truly cares for its patients. With over 30 years in the dental field, Laura has experience in pediatrics, general dentistry and oral surgery – but dental sleep medicine has truly become her passion. She loves connecting with patients and finds it deeply rewarding to help them sleep better and live healthier lives. Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling the world, supporting her kids in everything they do and spending quality time with her husband. Fun fact, Laura lived in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Germany as a Ski Instructor for the Department of Defense.
Melissa
Dental Sleep Therapy Clinician
Melissa is a proud Colorado Native, growing up in the southeastern part of the state. She joined Dr. E and Morgan’s team in 2022, and could not be happier to be a part of such a compassionate and competent team. Melissa has almost 20 years of experience in the dental field, becoming an EDDA in 2009. Melissa received her certification in Dental Sleep Medicine in 2021, and absolutely loves it. She enjoys connecting and interacting with the patients. Guiding patients on their journey to better sleep, and in turn better health, has been the most rewarding part of working at DSA. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys the outdoors, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Lori
Dental Sleep Therapy Clinician
Lori joined Dr E’s wonderful team in 2024, bringing with her three years of specialized experience in the treatment of dental sleep apnea. A proud Colorado native, she grew up in Denver and still calls it home today. With over 10 years of experience as a pediatric triage nurse, Lori has spent much of her career supporting patients and families with compassion and care. She continues to stay connected to nursing through her work as a home health nurse. As the patients’ biggest advocate, Lori is passionate about helping the patient feel comfortable, supported and heard. Outside of work she enjoys golf, traveling, college basketball and spending time with her husband and three adult sons.
Kiri
Billing and Care Management Director
Kiri, an integral part of our team, boasts over 20 years of expertise in medical billing. She is deeply committed to patient care and ensuring a clear understanding of financial responsibilities by simplifying insurance and billing complexities. Originally from Idaho, Kiri now enjoys the active lifestyle and natural beauty of Colorado, where she pursues her passions for hiking, exploring, and traveling. Her love for outdoor adventures and competitive sports keeps her thriving outside of work.
Vanessa
Administrative and Billing Coordinator
Vanessa joined our practice in 2024, and has quickly become a welcoming and supportive part of our front office and insurance team. She loves getting to know our amazing patients and takes pride in helping make their visits as smooth and positive as possible. Her favorite way to spend her time outside of the office is with her beautiful German Shepherd, who keeps her busy and brings her so much joy.
Chris
Billing Coordinator
Chris, a former teacher, has lived in Texas, California, and now resides in Michigan. She brings eight years of experience in medical billing and insurance, with this year marking her first in Dental Sleep Apnea. Outside of work, Chris enjoys visiting national parks, cycling, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
